Kyle Morgan, Scholarly Communications Librarian, is applying for promotion to the rank of Librarian (Professor) as part of Cal Poly Humboldt's retention, tenure, and promotion (RTP) process. The Library Faculty Personnel Committee (LFPC) invites you to submit your evaluative feedback on your experience working with Kyle.

Letters are welcome in any format or length—there are no specific requirements. You may find it helpful to review the Library’s Criteria and Standards for Retention, Tenure, and Promotion (RTP). Kyle will be evaluated on the areas of librarianship, scholarship, and service. While you are not required to address all three areas, connecting your experience working with Kyle to these criteria can be valuable.
