During the campus closure, although the Library building is closed, we have regular 24/7 online services available plus librarians are available via chat, email, and Zoom.

Item due dates have been extended to May 15th to allow you time to return materials. Please call 707-826-3431 or email libcirculation@humboldt.edu with any questions about returns and due dates. All fines and fees have been suspended. You can return items to the Campus Store in Arcata, Monday-Friday 10am-4pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-3pm.

Off-Campus Options

WiFi, study spaces, and computer access (typically a 30min limit) are freely available at Humboldt County Libraries. Printing and other services are available for reasonable rates. You can visit the Arcata Public Library or other county branches to use their free parking lot wifi service (see hours and information on their website).

In addition to the public libraries, if you need basic access to the internet and don’t have a device that you can use to connect to wi-fi, you have a few local options, although they do charge a fee:
