We are excited to announce that the Cal Poly Humboldt Library has been awarded a grant from the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to support the acquisition of STEM-related resources that include the perspectives, experiences, and achievements of BIPOC, Female, LGBTQ, and other historically marginalized groups.

This effort is in keeping with the Library’s long-standing commitment to providing spaces and collections that are inclusive, relevant, and culturally responsive to the diverse population of students, staff, and faculty that make up our campus community.

Do you know of a book from a STEM-related field that you would like to recommend to help diversify the Library’s collection? You can participate by submitting a recommendation online, or by coming into the Library and submitting a written suggestion. Look for a display in the Library lobby coming soon!
