Did you know....The portrait in this painting is of George Van Hook's wife, she was Sue Sweet, then. She attended Cal Poly Humboldt and received her BA in Botany and her MA in Biology. She was also the first Preserve Manager at the Lanphere-Christensen Dunes Preserve.
