1869. Contains 12 maps of European countries, each with a unique national
sterotype based on the outline and shape of the country.

Underground (Guardian Unlimited) Plots the history of the 20th century
music on the London Underground map devised by Harry Beck in 1933. Lines
are renamed for genres such as soul, reggae, pop, rock, blues and country.

Mania Blog that tracks "websites, mashups and tools being influenced
by Google Maps". The site includes a Mashups and Tools Index that
is keyword searchable and browsable by broad category (Tools, Transit,
City Information, Housing & Real Estate, etc.). Includes both useful
and bizarre applications including a London Tube journey planner, a map
of Skype users worldwide, Amazing Race maps, San Francisco public toilets,
global surf finder, etc.
- Guide to Springfield USA:
a highly detailed map of the the Simpsons' hometown (Jerry Lerma and
Terry Hogan) Contains a detailed map showing places in the imaginary city
of Springfield as mentioned in episodes of The Simpsons television program.
Also includes an alphabetical list and a categorized list of over 550
placenames.
