If you do not represent a library and would like to request interlibrary services from Cal Poly Humboldt, please contact your local academic or public library to place a Resource Sharing request for the item.

We accept requests via OCLC or Rapido via Alma.

Lending Charges

We are a reciprocal library and we charge what you charge.

We offer FREE interlibrary lending services for:

• Reciprocal libraries
• California State University Libraries
• LVIS members
• North State Cooperative Library System (free loans, $3.50/first 20 pages for photocopies; 20¢/page thereafter)

Loan Periods and Renewals

• 90 days from date of receipt; 2 week renewal granted from original due date.
• Up to 3 renewal unless otherwise agreed upon by both libraries.

Restricted Loan and Non-Circulating Materials

• Cal Poly Humboldt Theses - 4 weeks use for most; insured shipping required
• Microforms - 4 piece maximum; 30 days use; no renewals; IN-LIBRARY USE
• Audio CDs - 90 day use
• Videos - 90 day use; insured shipping required
• Special Collections - requires staff approval; no renewals; IN-LIBRARY USE; insured shipping required
