Mac users may have to copy the plug-in file to your home directory depending on how permissions are set up on the computer.
  1. After installing the plug-in, open up the Macintosh hard drive, double-click "Library" and then double-click "Internet Plug-Ins".
  2. Locate the file inside this folder called "ebrary Reader" and copy it (do not cut!).
  3. Now, click the Home directory icon that is on the left of the window; shaped like a house, and usually has your computer username next to it. Once you click it, make sure the top of the window has the house icon next to it with your username before proceeding.
  4. Then double-click "Library" and then double-click "Internet Plug-Ins".
  5. Paste the file "ebrary Reader" into this folder.
This will make the Reader available to your user home directory, which is active whenever you log in to the computer.
