Campus Lecture Series
Humboldt State University presents campus lectures throughout the academic year featuring speakers from a variety of disciplines including business, environmental studies, forestry, journalism, mathematics, and politics.
Listed here are ten major campus lectures series, seven of them current and three from the past.
A link to each lecture series web page is given (when available) and a catalog link provides access to video and print holdings in the Library.
Humboldt Digital Scholar, the Library-managed repository of HSU scholarship, offers online access to a few prominent lectures from two past series: the Gordon Hadley Memorial Lecture and the Monroe E. Spaght Distinguished Lecture Series. To view, visit the HSU Campus Lectures community.
For online academic lecture series beyond Humboldt State, a useful resource is Selective Bibliography of On-Demand Academic Public Lectures (version 2.0, January 14, 2010) compiled by the Cataloging Librarian at Humboldt State, George Wrenn.
