Study Room Reservations
Rooms 208, 311, 312 and 314 have been designated as Library study rooms, and may be reserved by groups (either formally organized or informally self-constituted) for a maximum of two hours per day. Use of the study rooms may be for any purpose which is compatible with Library functions and which does not interfere with normal Library operations. They are not meant to serve as regular classroom space.
Signup sheets for the entire semester are in a binder at the Circulation Desk on the first floor, and daily reservations are posted at each study room. This is a self-service system, and we do not place reservations for people over the telephone.
Any hours the rooms are not reserved they may be used on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to these priorities:
- scheduled Library instruction
- group study and conference
- group viewing of media materials
- individual study
- individual viewing of media materials
