Study Room Reservations


Rooms 115, 116, 117, 208, 311and 312 have been designated as Library study rooms, and may be reserved by groups (either formally organized or informally self-constituted) for a maximum of two hours per day. Use of the study rooms may be for any purpose which is compatible with Library functions and which does not interfere with normal Library operations. They are not meant to serve as regular classroom space.

Signup is available through an online form. Study room reservations are available only to currently registered students, staff and faculty of Humboldt State University.

Any hours the rooms are not reserved they may be used on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to these priorities:

  1. scheduled Library instruction
  2. group study and conference
  3. group viewing of media materials
  4. individual study
  5. individual viewing of media materials
