Copyright and Fair Use

Course reserve materials (ONCORES and Print Reserves) are made available to the campus community in accordance with the Fair Use Guidelines of U.S. copyright law and/or the Humboldt State University Copying Policy.

In order to provide reasonable protections for copyright holders, while extending access to reserve materials in support of the University's academic mission, all copyright-protected reserve readings feature:

For anything falling outside the Fair Use guidelines, the HSU Bookstore may be able to help with copyright clearance.
