Atlas and Map Collection

Children's Literature Collection

The Children's Literature Collection is a select representative collection of books for children from preschool through grade eight which is maintained to support the HSU academic curricula.

Course Reserves

Through ONCORES, students in participating classes have around-the-clock online access to many of the materials which an instructor has placed on reserve for outside reading. The Print Reserve readings are available whenever the library is open.

Curriculum Collection

The collection includes currently adopted California textbooks, a limited number of older textbooks as representative examples of the treatment of minorities and women in textbooks, and major historical curriculum projects.

Government Documents

The HSU Library is a congressionally designated selective depository for U.S. Government documents and the State of California. Public access to the government documents collection is guaranteed by public law.

Humboldt Digital Scholar

Humboldt Digital Scholar (HDS) is a digital archive that collects and provides persistent and reliable access to the research and scholarship of faculty, staff, and students of Humboldt State.
